Whilst working here my day to day responsibility's were to look after our end users in the Birmingham office and to ensure any event the users had were set up and would smoothly for them using a range of equipment we had in our office. Due to my client the events could be of many natures ranging form remote court hearings, hybrid meetings, training days and many other types of live broadcast style events. Most recently i got the chance to support the Irwin Mitchell annual conference as it was held from the Birmingham and Manchester office with a live broadcast being to eight other sites which I was responsible to look after there support by conducting remote support additiI was also supporting our other sites who had on-site support form colleagues by providing them updates on what they will need to do.

Whilst here i also got the chance to work with out Infrastructure team and Microsoft Engineers to support the investigation of a major incident I was able to identify with the users laptops and the network when in the office.
I was also able to work on another major incident with Kensington to resolve an issue we had some of out hardware and the end users laptops.
Additionally i got the opportunity to organise and launch multiple charity events for my contract and for the wider Advanced community
